Visiting Florence won’t simply get you familiar with one of the most importanti and racy cities in the world, but it also will allow you to know an exquisite cuisine tradition. Florentine steak, Chianti, and even national dishes like pizza or ice cream…these are some of the gastronomic specialties that you will able to taste, exploring this region and celebrating its flavors and scents, part of italian folk-lore.

DAY 1: Arrival at Florence-Peretola Airport, private transfer from the airport to the selected accommodation. Check in. First taste of Italy with dinner at Gourmet Pizzeria.
DAY 2: Relaxing day to recover from the flight, free time to visit the city of Florence. Landmarks to be seen: Ponte Vecchio, Piazza della Signoria and the majestic David of Michelangelo. It follows a typical Tuscan culinary experience at a local Osteria. Among the mouth-watering specialties, there will be the famous Florentine steak served with a good Chianti. Back to the accommodation and overnight stay.
DAY 3: Full morning dedicated to the Central Market in Florence. With our escort we will uncover the secrets of Florentine street food, a must-have “panino con lampredotto”, a rediscovered tradition with a typical and unique taste. After having enjoyed the flavors of Tuscany, it is time to work! Yes, an Italian cuisine class awaits us. A well-known chef will guide us through our grocery-shopping list and we will get what we’ll need to prepare our own dinner. Back to the accommodation and overnight stay.
DAY 4: The morning will be dedicated to two protagonists of the Italian cuisine: gelato and coffee. A customized tour together with our escort will take you through the research of arts and passions of the Italian artisans. We will visit the best artisanal boutiques of Oltrarno. Back to the accommodation and overnight stay - with escort.
DAY 5: Wine tour in the Chianti region. The full day is dedicated to the Chianti hills. Fully immersed in the Tuscan landscape, we will walk through the vineyards and will visit the wineries where we will taste this marvelous wine while chitchatting with the producer. Live like a local. Back to Florence, dinner of your choice, then back to the accommodation, and overnight stay - with escort.
DAY 6: Full day dedicated to shopping! We’ll visit the Outlet Village in Barberino, located in the fascinating area of the Mugello (Tuscany) just a few kilometers from Florence. Barberino Designer Outlet is a charming citadel for your shopping, while surrounded by a relaxing Tuscan atmosphere of the Valle della Sieve. Back to the accommodation, Tuscan Aperitif in a typical winery and overnight stay.
DAY 7: Breakfast, check out and transfer from the accommodation to the airport.
