Day 1 \u2013 ITALY \u2013 CUBA<\/span><\/p>\n

Departure from Italy on a flight to Havana.<\/p>\n

Arrival in the late afternoon.<\/p>\n

Transfer to the hotel and check-in. <\/p>\n

Dinner and overnight stay.<\/p>\n

Day 2 \u2013 HAVANA <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Breakfast at the casa particular.<\/p>\n

Departure for San Francisco de Paula, home to Finca Vig\u00eda, the house where Ernest Hemingway lived for nearly twenty years.<\/p>\n

Continue to the historic centre of Havana, declared a UNESCO World Heritage Site in 1982 and considered the largest colonial centre in Latin America. <\/p>\n

Walking tour including Plaza de la Catedral, La Bodeguita del Medio, Calle de los Oficios, Plaza de Armas, Calle Mercaderes, Plaza Vieja, and Plaza San Francisco de As\u00eds. Stop for a Mojito tasting, offered by Betania Travel.<\/p>\n

Visit to the Rum Museum to discover the production process and enjoy a tasting.<\/p>\n

Lunch at a local restaurant.<\/p>\n

In the afternoon, panoramic visit of the Capitolio, Parque Central, and stop at the famous Floridita Bar for a Daiquiri tasting, also offered by Betania Travel.<\/p>\n

Experience: Transfer to Vi\u00f1ales with a stop at Las Terrazas, Cuba’s most significant sustainable rural development project.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Guided tour of the eco-village located within the Sierra del Rosario Biosphere Reserve.<\/p>\n

Arrival in Vi\u00f1ales, a charming town set among limestone mogotes and extraordinary landscapes recognized by UNESCO as a Cultural Landscape of Humanity.<\/p>\n

Dinner and overnight stay in a casa particular.<\/p>\n

Day 4\u2013 <\/span>VI\u00d1ALES – MATANZAS<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Morning visit to a coffee plantation and meeting with local farmers to discover the entire coffee production process. Continue to the Cueva del Indio, a remarkable cave system partially explored by boat along an underground river.<\/p>\n

Lunch at a local restaurant.<\/p>\n

Experience: Visit to the Agroecological Farm \u201cEl Olivo\u201d, an innovative project created by young farmer Osnel Corrales, specializing in artisan goat cheese production.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Return to Havana.<\/p>\n

Dinner in the city and overnight stay.<\/p>\n

Day 5\u2013 <\/span>MATANZAS \u2013 CIENFUEGOS – TRINIDAD<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Breakfast and departure for Cienfuegos, Cuba’s only city founded by French settlers from Louisiana. <\/p>\n

Panoramic visit of the City Hall, Tom\u00e1s Terry Theatre, Cathedral of the Pur\u00edsima Concepci\u00f3n, and Palacio Ferrer. <\/p>\n

Lunch at a local restaurant.<\/p>\n

Departure for Trinidad.<\/p>\n

Arrival and guided tour of one of Cuba’s oldest colonial cities, declared a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Visit to the Romantic Museum (Palacio Brunet) and stroll through the historic centre and artisan market.<\/p>\n

Enjoy an aperitif at La Canch\u00e1nchara, famous for its traditional drink made with aguardiente, honey, and lime.<\/p>\n

Accommodation in a casa particular.<\/p>\n

Dinner in the city and overnight stay.<\/p>\n

Day 6 \u2013 <\/span>TRINIDAD – SANTA CLARA – VARADERO<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Breakfast and departure for Santa Clara.<\/p>\n

Arrivo e visita del mausoleo dedicato al CHE GUEVARA. Visit to the Che Guevara Mausoleum.<\/p>\n

Lunch at a local restaurant. Continue to Varadero.<\/p>\n
