The trip
A travel to discover the Piedmont gastronomic richness, from the osterie in Turin to the wineries in the Langhe, from the hazelnut chocolate and the truffle to Nebbiolo. Let our tour leader guide you in this gastronomic land who also gave birth to Slow Food, one of the most important food-related association in the world

DAY 1: Arrival at the airport and private transfer to the hotel in Turin. Check-in and first culinary experience in a local “osteria”.
DAY 2: History Walk dedicated to chocolate and Gianduja. Dinner in a local restaurant and overnight stay.
DAY 3:Transfer to Alba. Visit of Alba with a gastronomic guide and entries in the Truffle Fair (from october 6th to october 25th) and Slow Food Earth Market (saturday and sunday morning). Dinner in a farmhouse.
*DAY 4: Truffle hunt in collaboration with Trifolau Association. Return to the hotel, dinner and overnight stay.
DAY 5: Visit to Pollenzo University of Gastronomic Sciences, Wine Bank, the “Albergo dell’Agenzia” and its restaurant. In the afternoon visit to two of the most important wineries of this territory and wine tasting. Dinner in a local restaurant, return to the hotel and overnight stay.
DAY 6: Visit to Guarene Castle, splendidly preserved in the Roero hills. Afternoon dedicated to the relax, spent in the exclusive spa of the castle and, to end this fairy experience, we’ll have dinner in the monor, prepared by an exclusive chef. Return to the hotel and overnight stay.
DAY 7: Breakfast, check-out and transfer to the airport.
